Huge shout to Mr. Rocky Romero. Called about a car hauler (all steel deck) got the trailer delivered to the Broussard branch in a timely manner. Made the process real easy and smooth where all I had to do was pick the trailer up. Highly recommend going with big Tex.…

Rocky was top notch. Excellent customer service, and about as efficient as you can ask for. I’ve been eyeballing Big-Tex trailers for a while, and after having several other brands I can tell right away that these are just built better. Very satisfied customer
