Big Tex 22GN, Gooseneck, 102" x 35', 23.9K, Dovetail, Mega Ramps

The Big Tex 22GN trailer features (2) 10,000# dual-wheel axles with oil bath and Valcrum caps, along with forward self-adjusting electric brakes on both axles. It has a heavy-duty 30,000# adjustable suspension and a 2-5/16” Demco EZ Latch gooseneck coupler. Safety components include 3/8" Grade 70 safety chains with latch hooks and a complete breakaway system with a Zip™ breakaway cable and charger. The dual two-speed landing gear offers a 50K-lb capacity. Built for durability, the frame consists of a 12" I-Beam (19#) with 3" channel cross-members.

The treated pine floor is supported by a 3/8” heavy-duty rub rail, stake pockets along both sides (24" O.C.), and 1-1/4” pipe chain spools. The trailer includes 5’ double-hinged spring-assisted flip-over ramps (except on STA models), with 5' cleated dovetail available on D5A models. It has recessed, grommet-mounted LED lighting, a sealed modular cold-weather wiring harness, and a 7-way RV plug. The ST235/80 R-16 Load Range E dual tires ride on black mod wheels with an 8-bolt pattern, and a spare tire mount is positioned on top of the neck.

Additional features include mud flaps, (2) retractable side bed steps with handles, and a front lockable toolbox with a chain holder. Trailers 33' or longer come with a sliding winch track and Twist Guard™, while work light packages with step illumination are also included. The professional-grade finish with primer ensures long-lasting durability, and the standard paint color is black.
