Do not go here for service! I made appointment to have rear ramp door tension springs adjusted on 20” enclosure trailer. They called to say it was ready. When cashier gave me bill for $439.00 I asked why it was double the estimate? I asked to speak to Tech why it was so much. He claimed it took 3 hours. Worst was yet to come. He told me to buy a new trailer or new door. Manager Chris walked out with me to inspect, as tech wouldn’t even come out. Door was worse than when I brought it in! I asked for my money back and manager said no, as they would fix it. When I told him I just paid $439.00 to fix it, and they made it worse, why would anyone give them another chance to break it even more! I call corporate big Tex in Texas and no one answered phone at a big company! I left message to call me, and of course no one called me back. I’m out $439.00 and my door is unusable! Go anywhere but here!

Chris, Eric and Bree all worked hard to ensure the purchase of residential dump trailer was a turnkey visit. The unit we selected from Whitmore Lake website was ready to at the agreed time; Eric made sure the tongue load, the spare tire, Electric Brakes all matched up to our tow SUV and showed my all the details of the hydraulics and ramp storage. Bought a 2023 24’ enclosed trailer. After having it a couple days found out there was hail damage to the roof. Emailed Chris Lessway about the damage and he asked for pictures. I emailed him pictures, never heard anything back. Told him I wound pick up the plate for said trailer and he mailed it to me. Intentionally avoiding? Has not communicated once since he found out of the damage, never informed before the purchase. Simple acknowledgement would have sufficed during my initial contact with Chris Lessway about the hail damage.

Great experience with big tex! Couldn't be happier with my new trailer. Called Chris about a specific trailer I was hoping to buy and within a week I was able to purchase and drive away with it. You can tell bigtex makes a superior product. Awesome place to do business with. Highly recommend.
