I recently purchased a trailer from this location and I must say that the entire experience has been nothing short of a complete disappointment. From the lack of transparency during the sale to the refusal to address critical issues, this company has proven to have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. When I initially bought the trailer just over a month and a half ago, the seller failed to inform me that it was a CDL Class A trailer. This crucial piece of information should have been disclosed to me upfront, as it significantly impacts the requirements and limitations associated with operating the trailer. However, upon realizing this oversight, I reached out them to request an exchange for a non-CDL trailer, only to be met with a flat-out refusal. As if that wasn't enough, within a mere two weeks of purchasing the trailer, I noticed oil leaking from all four tires. I immediately contacted them to report the issue, expecting them to take responsibility and resolve the problem promptly. Unfortunately, their response was nothing short of disappointing. They made no effort to address the oil leak or provide any form of assistance, leaving me to deal with the situation on my own. It's worth mentioning that Big Tex, the brand of the trailer, is generally known for its quality and reliability. However, the people at this particular location have managed to tarnish the reputation of the brand with their lackluster customer service. It is evident that they have no regard for customer satisfaction or the importance of transparency in business transactions.

I can recommend this location. We had some issues but they were resolved! The new management team that is in place is professional. The trailers are top notch. The salesman is great as well!

James was knowledgeable, helpful and quick getting me the parts I needed. I was out the door in 15 minutes with everything I needed. I'll definitely go back.
