As a business owner the main goal with my companies is to have customer service that is second to none. And I have my work cut out for me… because it is going to be hard to beat the customer service that I have just received from Dawn there at Big Tex Trailer World of Pelham. She Went way above, and beyond what she had to do to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. From this day forward, I will only be dealing with her and only at the Pelham location. I would highly recommend if anyone is in the market for a trailer of any kind or a truck bed to contact her. I assure you that your satisfaction is her top priority.
