We had no plans of actually purchasing a trailer yesterday. We were planing on looking at what was available with sizes, colors, prices, and options. After meeting with Brittany and having Taylor show us what they had in stock. We were ready to make the purchase. Customer service was top notch and very patient with our questions. Highly recommend them to anyone else in the trailer market.

Unbelievably positive experience with Big Tex Trailer World in Stallings. Worked extensively with Pete, who is an exemplary professional and true customer service champion. There are so many big businesses out there who entirely lose touch with the customer and are only focused on turning a profit at whatever cost. This is NOT that type of business. Pete worked with me in a difficult situation where my trailer manufacturer refused to help me with a part that was needed, just so they could make a quick profit. Pete went above and beyond to try every angle to help support. I truly felt heard and supported as a consumer. Pete and his staff know how to treat a customer by listening to their issue, addressing exactly what is needed, and making sure I understood what I was receiving. I was not aware of Big Tex Trailer World in Stallings until I had my current issue. Now I will never call anyone but Pete and his staff for future trailer needs. There is no way there could be a better business in the area, and they have won a lifetime customer due to Pete and the team's customer service!

My trailer was making noise, and I stopped by there to see if they could fix it. They were super busy and they were able to fit me in. They were very helpful with hooking my trailer back up for me. Pete was an amazing person that helped me in a hard time. I drive over an hour just to go to this location because of the people there are friendly and understand that People are having hard times. Definitely will be back.
