I would highly recommend Big Tex Trailer World. If you want a good heavy duty trailer this is the place to go. Chris was extremely helpfull and had the trailer ready in record time. If I get another trailer I will get it at Big Tex Trailer World. Thanks again Chris.

The team at Big Tex of Whitmore Lake were great to work with. Ordering, licensing, pickup was extremely easy. Chris did a great job. Eric, the trailer technician made sure that the gooseneck was properly set and answered all of my questions regarding safety and maintenance issues. I recommend this team greatly!!

Do not go here for service! I made appointment to have rear ramp door tension springs adjusted on 20” enclosure trailer. They called to say it was ready. When cashier gave me bill for $439.00 I asked why it was double the estimate? I asked to speak to Tech why it was so much. He claimed it took 3 hours. Worst was yet to come. He told me to buy a new trailer or new door. Manager Chris walked out with me to inspect, as tech wouldn’t even come out. Door was worse than when I brought it in! I asked for my money back and manager said no, as they would fix it. When I told him I just paid $439.00 to fix it, and they made it worse, why would anyone give them another chance to break it even more! I call corporate big Tex in Texas and no one answered phone at a big company! I left message to call me, and of course no one called me back. I’m out $439.00 and my door is unusable! Go anywhere but here!
