Big Tex 14TL, Tilt, 83" x 20', 14K

The Big Tex 14TL comes standard with two 7,000# premium 4" drop axles featuring quick-lubricating hubs and forward self-adjusting electric brakes on both axles. It has a multi-leaf slipper spring suspension with an equalizer for smooth towing. The tongue is a 6” channel fold-back/wrap design, with a 10" I-beam neck on gooseneck models. The adjustable 2-5/16” Demco EZ Latch coupler ensures a secure connection, while 3/8" Grade 70 safety chains with latch hooks provide added security. A 12,000# drop-leg (side wind) jack is included, with dual jacks on gooseneck models.

The frame is built with a durable 6" channel construction, featuring 3" channel cross-members on 16” centers. A 3/16" fabricated front stop rail is included on bumper pull models. The treated pine floor is standard, and the fenders are 9” x 72” 14-gauge diamond plate, double square broke with back and removable. Stake pockets run along both sides, with quantity varying by length. The trailer is equipped with a 7-way RV plug, recessed grommet-mounted LED lighting, and a sealed, modular cold-weather wiring harness for reliability.

It rides on ST235/80 R-16 Load Range E radial tires with an 8-bolt black mod wheel setup, and a front spare tire mount is included (spare tire not standard). The professional finish with primer is available in black, with additional color options including red, grey, white, desert tan, jet blue, slime green, implement green, equipment orange, and medium yellow.

The tilt deck measures 16' x 75" wide (83" between fenders) with a 1/4" diamond plate knife edge. It features hydraulic dampening with valve control and a single-side EZ pedal locking mechanism. Stationary deck areas are 4' x 83" on 20’ models and 6' x 83" on 22’ models. The trailer includes a rub rail along both sides, six 5/8" D-rings for tie-downs, and a complete breakaway system with a Zip™ breakaway cable and charger. The tilt deck operates at a 12° angle for efficient loading and unloading.
