CUSTOMIZE YOUR PAYMENT
The Big Tex 22GN comes standard with two 10,000# dual-wheel axles featuring oil bath hubs and Valcrum caps, along with forward self-adjusting electric brakes on both axles. It has a heavy-duty 30,000# adjustable suspension for durability. The 2-5/16” Demco EZ Latch gooseneck coupler ensures a secure connection, complemented by 3/8” Grade 70 safety chains with latch hooks. For stability, it includes dual two-speed landing gear with a 50,000# capacity.
The frame is built with a 12" I-beam (19#) construction, with 3” channel cross-members for added strength. The treated pine floor is standard, and stake pockets are placed every 24 inches along both sides. The trailer is equipped with recessed, grommet-mounted LED lights, a sealed cold-weather wiring harness, and a 7-way RV plug for reliable electrical connections.
It rides on ST235/80 R-16 Load Range E dual tires with 8-bolt black mod wheels, and a top-of-neck spare tire mount includes a matching spare. A complete breakaway system with a Zip™ breakaway cable and charger is standard for safety. Additional features include a 3/8” heavy-duty rub rail, mud flaps, a front lockable toolbox with a chain holder, and retractable side bed steps with handles. Trailers 33' or longer come with a sliding winch track and Twist Guard™ for improved cargo security.
