I went online to get pre approved for a trailer. Then when I got there they said they was shipping the trailer I wanted out of state. They made a call and was able to sell me the trailer after all. Very nice and friendly service.

I had a shipment going out to the oilfield when I notice the bearings were busted on one of my axles. It was a bad situation with not many good feasible options to fix the problem with me based out of Dallas, but Mr. Stephen Battle and I spoke and together we managed to make the best of a bad situation. He promptly order my axle in good time and I was able to get back to work. It's been a few months since but I want to express my appreciation to the Abilene location for your help.

BUYER BEWARE -------- Purchased a Trailer from them on March 31. 2022, License plates were to be mailed to me as agreed on when I purchased this trailer, As of Today I still do not have my License plates. I was told they were sent fedex but they could not give me a tracking number, Told they would send me a email so I could print new temporary tags - never received the email. Called the District Manager and left several messages but have not received a call back yet.

Would highly recommend taking the drive from DFW to purchase your trailer in Abilene. Not only was the staff much more helpful than the Ft Worth or Dallas locations (which I contacted numerous times and didn’t get a response) but I saved several hundred dollars on exactly the same trailer.
