I recently purchased a Rice car hauler from Big Tex Trailers, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, Kris, the manager, made sure I was taken care of, answering all my questions and guiding me through the process. Rocky in sales was incredibly helpful, ensuring I found the perfect trailer for my needs without any pressure.
A special shoutout to Eli, who went above and beyond to make sure the trailer was ready to go. He adjusted the tongue to make sure it was ready to hit the road. He went over places to mount additional D rings and a winch. I will be back!
