My fender on my trailer came off while passing through town. The receptionist told me over the phone they could not re install it same day. Well I pull in and a mechanic greets me and he is more than willing to help me out. But the receptionist wanted to…
My fender on my trailer came off while passing through town. The receptionist told me over the phone they could not re install it same day. Well I pull in and a mechanic greets me and he is more than willing to help me out. But the receptionist wanted to charge me 2 hours of labor for 10 self tapping screws and 30 mins of work. I ended up paying over 200 and my lights dont even work. I made sure to have her write my warranty on the paper. For 200 my lights should be working as well espcially since they were working when I pulled in. Only good thing about this place is a man named Andy. He deserves a raise. He was the ONLY one to give me ANY decent customer service.

I busted a hub on the way to the coast. No tools with me. Limped the trailer over to big Tex. Their service team and staff went above and beyond more than they should have to get me back on the road. Won a customer and a friend for life.…

I purchased a 12’ trailer from Big Tex about 4 years ago and it’s been great. My hitch was missing a bolt which I thought would need to be replaced and welded so I ran it by to drop off. Alonzo Mendez went out to have a look and once he figured out what the issue was saved me a ton of money on repairs as it was something I could do myself. Thanks Alonzo for great customer service! Would def recommend Big Tex! Ask for Alonso!
