I left a prior review of 5 for sales and service experience. It was removed for some reason. By Google or whatever. This review is specifically based on long term use of trailer which is a 60PI 14 ft I think. The trailer design is great and pulls well. The hitch and axles seem solid. It has the rear mesh ramp which works fine but the quality of the metal tubing for that structure is sub-standard in my opinion. Just under wind load, the securing bracket tore loose. The weld held but the metal itself let go. See pics. Also I am not happy with the brakes at all. They are supposed to be 5000lb class but barely provide any braking assistance. I tried to work with the mechanical tech after I bought it and essentially just was told that’s how it is. If you are going to haul anywhere near trailer capacity weight, I would not go with this brand.
