I haven’t experienced this kind of enthusiastic customer service in a long time. James was awesome. He took care of everything, got my trailer properly set, pricing was spot on fair and I’ll go back anytime I need something related to my trailer. This was a GREAT find!! Highly recommended.

He's their mechanic and it appears he can really tell you the difference in features and build quality from trailer to trailer and manufacture to manufacture. I was going to walk out the door and go buy one across the street for $500 less, but Daryl's insight and his time showing me the difference made me feel comfortable and confident buying the trailer I did here at Big Tex Trailer.
