The salesman did a good job. Then it went to hell in a hand basket quickly. I had my 3 boys work with the outside workers. The first thing I hear is that the workers have an attitude problem! I leave the salesman and go out and the worker does…
The salesman did a good job. Then it went to hell in a hand basket quickly. I had my 3 boys work with the outside workers. The first thing I hear is that the workers have an attitude problem! I leave the salesman and go out and the worker does not hesitate to show his attitude. I used their delivery check sheet and went down it. The worker said they checked the tire pressure and torque on the lug nuts. I never saw this guy do it. I asked for the keys and they had no idea. The workers were not familiar with hooking a trailer up because that took a while. I get home and tried using the keys and they don’t work. I drove this trailer 2 hours away and they are asking me to come back. I called in and still I have not had a return phone call on how to remedy this issue. You would of received 5 stars but you star employees failed. They caused these issues
