I had to wait a couple days to write this review. Shop here at your own risk. I was stranded on the side of I4 with a blown tire. After finding this place on Google I decided to stop in, surly they would have wheels and tires. Not the case. Not only did they not have ANY wheels or tires, I waited 15 minutes to have a rude person come from the back to tell me that. I deal with customers almost every day. If I had the amount of trailers sitting on my lot like they do and I had a potential customer come in and state that they were stranded on the highway and all they needed was a couple tires I think I would have sold them something off one of the trailers I had sitting and ordered some new ones for that trailer. I work for a very large well known company, whose name was prominent on the shirt I was wearing. I think I would want to at least be polite if I was going to decide not to make a sale. I guess they have plenty of business in Sanford. They will not get any of my money that's for sure. I've also let branches from my company know how I was treated and have been reassured they will kot use them either. I ended up calling around and found a couple of great shops that got me what I needed. Just because a company has good reviews doesn't mean they provide good customer service. Check my other reviews for the companies close by that will help you in a pinch. Thanks.

BTTW had exactly what I was looking for on the lot. I was prepared to shop for days not just a ride to next town. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This was the easiest transaction I have ever had. Put it to work today towed and stopped like a champ. Thank you yall
