I brought one of my trailers (not purchased from this company) by because I was having trouble with the hitch and break system. The gentlemen in the repair shop were extremely busy, but stayed late to help me because it was a serious safety issue. I will definitely return in the future. Thank you!

Have bought multiple trailers here and would have to say on my last purchase from this company they provided me not 1 but 2 complete "lemons" i returned the first one they tried passing off before I used it was so bad ive never seen such terrible quality from big tex the 14lp a dump trailer that rattles and harmonically vibrates down the road a bed that wont stay put or lower all the way down the main deck hovers above the chassis i purchased on a Saturday returned on Monday they did provide a new trailer because my complaints however the second trailer was merely the same exact thing but worse the dump bed that wont lower all the way hovers above the chassis when loaded it jumps around because its floating above the main chassis a hydraulic jack that wont stay put falls with gravity when on the truck off the truck the trailer will not stay up on the jack i can not leave anything in it. I have to unload it by hand because the control for the bed and hydraulic jack will not work more than half the time also the driver side tire is wearing flat spots like the brakes are stuck on I have a few PJ dump trailers and have never had any issues with any of them these guys here at lone peak "claim" that they are built in the same factory on the same production line as pj wich when I ask the Pj dealer that claim is completely denied I feel like I've been lied to and sold a trailer that is sub par on the pretense of being made in the same production line as the PJ brand all around quality control does not seem to exist here and when a customer states there is a problem its almost as if they try to pass the blame off wherever they can id say this as a very dissatisfied once loyal customer i already know the pj is a better trailer so ill just go buy it I would not waste my time again here or ever consider buying a big tex again the quality is nowhere near to what the PJ brand is id have to say the big tex is closer to the bottom of the barrel for dump trailers from my experience for context this trailer still has its temp paper plate all this has happened before I have received my permanent plates wich I still do not have hopefully they can send me a refund and send the trailer back to big tex that would make me happy I still dont think id shop here again but id be happy to be relieved of my "lemon" Big Tex if they do fix it and return it a for sale sign is going on it right away i don't care if I lose money on it we can not afford to have the problems consistently with the Big tex mistake.

2 year old Big Tex trailer with failing gate latches on a 7x14 utility. Welds cracking on both sides do to a sold 6” of play in the gate when traveling. Also the tire are junk and separate. Big bubbas is far superior to these for way less.
