I spoke with Jason (store manager) and he was extremely pleasant and helpful. He answered all of my questions and offered 2 different models. When I arrived, he made the purchase process quick and easy! In a short time, paperwork was completed and the trailer was being serviced and prepped. They go above and beyond to make sure you know exactly how to hook up, utilize features, and stay safe hauling. The mechanic (I didn’t catch his name) was extremely knowledgeable. He even hooked it up to make sure everything worked properly. I would highly recommend Big Tex Trailers to anyone needing trailers, parts, accessories for your truck or trailer, and service. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will definitely continue to use them in the future. Thank you for making this process another great experience!!
