We asked them to replace a piece of metal. They completely half-assed it and lied to us about what we asked for. They also gave us a quote for $60-$100 and then they charged more than that. The piece of metal they used was also scrap metal they must have…

The piece of metal they used was also scrap metal they must have found in their warehouse. They said they bought it a few days ago, but then when I brought up the dust all over it they said “It’s been sitting there for I don’t know how long.” Overall our experience was horrible. I wish I could give them zero stars.
