I am from Connecticut. Yesterday I had hauled up test weights to the air national guard. I had seen that one of my wheel seals on my trailer had leaked. Called them up and they where more than willing yo help me out. They had even gone out to get the bearing and seal for me while I was getting off loaded. Got me right in to fix the issue and I was on my way. Can't express my gratitude to them enough. They went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get home. Rare these days to find a repair shop that will basically drop everything to help someone out.

They had thre weeks to get ready for my truck. They canceled once were going to cancel a second time due to not having parts. Told them we needed it they drove to pick up parts and still didn’t work and had to bring it back. Provided them with pics…

We brought our 2021 Rockwood travel trailer in to check the axles due to uneven tire wear. Nick and his mechanic inspected the axles and determined they were bent. Nick contacted Dexter and got them to warranty the axles, not labor. They received the axles and installed them the same…
We brought our 2021 Rockwood travel trailer in to check the axles due to uneven tire wear. Nick and his mechanic inspected the axles and determined they were bent. Nick contacted Dexter and got them to warranty the axles, not labor. They received the axles and installed them the same day!! I never thought about warranty until they brought it up! This is the type of service you just don't get anymore. I recommend this store for anyone looking for their trailer needs! Thanks Nick and your team for taking care of us!
