To replace the floor on your trailer, you’ll need to use a cutoff tool that has a thin abrasive blade that can cut through the welds on the front bar. Once you’ve done this, remove the screws and boards from the floor. Cut the new boards to the proper length, tuck them underneath the rear floor cap, and drill new screws to secure in place. Replace the front floor cap with bolts or by welding.
