Oh, and they work on them too 😉😀. Just go on down there and step inside, they are very friendly and want to meet ya. While your there say hi to Miss Realynn, she'll set with ya and make you a sweet deal, heck, she had given me such a sweet deal, I just know I walked out of there with a steal 😃🤗. Oh and don't forget to all your accessories in extras from them too, they have all you need there, and if they don't they're nice enough to recommend somebody who would have what you need. And there's a wonderful guy there working in the shop by the name of Eric, all those accessory and things, he will be more than happy to put them on for you. It might cost a little bit of a fee, but man, it's worth it. Ol' Eric, he really knows his stuff there and he's right quick at it too. So y'all just make your way on down to Big Tex in Beaumont off of college Street, I'm telling you, it'll be the right choice to do ☺️😄👍

Let me start by saying—if you're in the market for a high-quality trailer, Big Tex Trailer World of Beaumont, TX is the place to go. From the very beginning of my experience, the professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service stood out in a big way. I was searching for either a 77" x 12' or 77" x 14' utility trailer and came across the Big Tex 60PI model on their website. I sent an inquiry for a quote on a 60PI in the 12' configuration, and to my surprise, I received a phone call in under 30 minutes—possibly even faster. Shortly after, I received a follow-up email with the quote attached. I’ve requested countless quotes online over the years from various vendors, and I can honestly say I’ve never received a response that quickly or efficiently. That level of responsiveness immediately gave me confidence in their team. The salesperson who initially assisted me, Kelly, was incredibly knowledgeable and down to earth. She answered my questions with clarity and made the entire process feel comfortable and professional. I wasn’t able to visit the store right away, and during that time, Kelly happened to be on vacation. That’s when Raelynn stepped in to help—and she did so seamlessly. At that point, I had shifted my focus toward the 14' version of the 60PI and was genuinely torn between the two sizes. Raelynn was extremely patient, informative, and helpful throughout the decision-making process. What I appreciated most was that she never once pressured me into making a quick decision. Instead, she walked me through the pros and cons of both options and allowed me to come to the conclusion that best fit my needs. Ultimately, I chose the 60PI in the 14' configuration, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. As someone who works in engineering and design, I can confidently say these trailers are **well-designed, structurally sound, and built to last**. The quality and attention to detail are clearly evident. I want to extend my sincere thanks to Raelynn and the entire team at Big Tex Trailer World – Beaumont for making my trailer purchase a truly smooth and positive experience.
