I have a customer who purchased a trailer from me in Fort Worth and was driving to El Paso when one of the fenders came loose. Big Tex Trailer World in Odessa was only about 15 miles away. I called ahead and spoke to Michael in the service department and he was expecting the gentleman when he pulled in. They replaced the missing bolts and my customer was on his way to El Paso within minutes. They fixed his trailer and it wasn’t even their customer. I greatly appreciate it. So does the fellow heading to El Paso!

Brett, Frank and Robbie were very professional and did a fantastic job with helping with these services in one day. I will definitely use their services again!! In a time were customer service has gone out the window. I will always continue to do business with company's who value me and my time as they did. If I could give 10 stars I would.
